This is a guest post from our Student Ambassador at University of Iowa, Evan Okrzesik.
College life causes all kinds of anxiety. The hectic lifestyle leaves you scrambling to finish essays that you have no interest in, study for midterms given by lifeless professors, and scrounge up money you don’t have for rent. This results in a variety of weird mood swings, sleep deprivation, and redundant stress. For some, the hardest part is balancing this gotta-get-it-done mentality with the gotta-go-out-tonight ambition. It’s not easy and to make matters worse the real world doesn’t get any easier.
