Lance is a 25 year old graduate student. Lance has two roommates, Katie and Demar, and live in a really great apartment.
Each month, Lance is in charge of collecting the rent. Katie, a nurse, is never home. Demar, a musician, tours with a band.
His goal is to just get the rent paid.
