*How much does it cost to pay my rent?
To pay your rent with any bank account is FREE. However, should you choose to pay by credit card, or use multiple accounts, a 2.95% fee will apply.
Can I cancel my service?
Absolutely. There are no commitments. You can cancel your service at any time.
What happens if my payment is late?
Our WilliamPaid Guarantee reimburses you up to $50 should you incur a late fee. Of course, there are conditions with which you need to abide by that can be found in our terms of use.
Is my money safe?
Yes. At all times, your money is held by our FDIC-insured partner bank. Your money is never held in WilliamPaid's operating accounts and will never be used for its operating expenses or any other corporate purpose.
